Author registration: At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference no later than October 7, 2026. The registration will benefit from early-bird rates and provide access to special hotel discounts with limited availability on a first-come, first-served basis. If, after having registered, an author or coauthor of a paper is unexpectedly NOT available to present the paper at the conference due to, e.g., a visa issue, please contact icmind2026@gmail.com and we will try to find a solution on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellations and refund: Cancellation requests received on or before October 30, 2026, will be subject to a processing fee of 30% of the original registration fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after October 30, 2026. All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted via email to icmind2026@gmail.com and received by the stated deadline.

Eating restrictions: During registration, please indicate your dietary restrictions. All food functions will have vegetarian items. We are striving to provide diverse culinary options; however, we may not be able to meet your dietary restrictions. Please contact icmind2026@gmail.com if you have any other questions about registration. All requests for selection items change, after the completion of registrations, must be provided in writing by email to icmind2026@gmail.com.
