Dear Conference Participants,
To establish a high-level platform for direct interaction and foster in-depth dialogue between scholars and journal editors, MIND 2025 is pleased to introduce the “Meet-the-Editor Meal” networking session. We have invited 6 Editors-in-Chief of international journals to join participants during breakfast or lunch for roundtable discussions. These gatherings will focus on key topics, including strategies for high-level academic publication, emerging trends in the field, and other relevant topics.
Applications are now open and will close on October 15.
1. Key Benefits:
• Focused Interaction: Each editor’s table is limited to 20 participants to ensure sufficient discussion.
• Direct Access: Receive first-hand advice from editors on topic selection, manuscript preparation, and submission standards.
• Informal Setting: Extend network with peers and explore potential collaborations in a relaxed mealtime atmosphere.
2. Schedule and Venue:
Please note: Each editor will host one session only. Seats are limited to 20 per table and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please note:
a). Each participant may register for a maximum of one session.
b). If the session you selected is full, you will be reassigned to another session with available seats based on the order of registration (on a first-come, first-served basis). You need to indicate your willingness in the application.
c). Successful applicants will receive a confirmation email by October 18. Please confirm your attendance by replying to the email within 48 hours. Failure to do so will be regarded as a forfeiture of your place.
4. Additional Notes:
a). Participation in this event is complimentary, with meals provided. Please present your confirmation email for entry.
b). Please ensure you have completed your conference registration. Participants are expected to attend and should not absent themselves without a valid reason.
c). If you need to cancel your registration, please notify us by October 15th to allow for reallocation of your place.
d). Any specific dietary requirements (e.g., vegetarian, halal) can be indicated in the form.
